Precision Race Cars, Inc. Terms and Policies

Payment

All prices are F.O.B. our parts department. Orders must be prepaid or C.O.D. with cash, certified check, Visa or Mastercard unless otherwise approved prior to purchase. Prices are subject to chance without notice.

Ordering

All orders should include Quantity, Part No. and any other specifications suggested in catalog. All orders should include: Customer's name, Address, Zip Code, Phone No. and (Fax No. if available). When using a Credit Card, please provide card number and expiration date.

Return Policy

1. A return authorization number is required on all returns. The number may be obtained by calling prior to shipping the return item(s). No Items will be accepted for return without this number. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns.
2. A copy of the invoice must accompany all items when being returned.
3. A minimum 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit given for all part(s) returned. Higher restocking fees will be determined depending on the condition of the part(s). Exceptions to this rule will be: (a) Part(s) sent in error (b) Defective part(s) (c) Exchange part(s) There will be no credit given for item(s) purchased more than one(l) year prior to return date, or for special order items.

Warranty

Any part(s) manufactured by P.R.C., Inc. and at our discretion, will be repaired or replaced if upon inspection are found to be defective in material or workmanship within one(l) year from the date of purchase for the origional purchaser. Neither the seller nor Precision Race Cars, Inc. will be responsible for any loss, damage or injury from any cause including defects of P.R.C.,Inc. products. Under no circumstances shall P.R.C., Inc. be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to persons or property, whether as a result of breach of expressed or implied warranty, negiligence, or otherwise. P.R.C., Inc. products are not intended or approved for street use. These products are intended for use on racing vehicles involved in high speed trials. Purchase and/or use of P.R.C., Inc. products implies recognition and acceptance of this entire warranty and disclaimer by the customer.

Deposits

Special order parts require a 20% minimum deposit. These deposits are refundable only in merchandise .

Parts Pick up

We encourage all customers to buy from our dealers rather than direct, as the prices and technical support are the same. All orders picked up at our business should be called in prior to pick-up by dealers or racers. Our hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Most U.P.S. orders will be shipped the same day if ordered by 3:00 pm E.S.T.; Next Day or 2nd Day air if ordered by 3:30 pm.
